All orders are processed and ready for shipment within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Trusted carriers are used to guarantee timely delivery across the United States.
3. Shipping Fee Rules
Free shipping applies to all orders of $115 and above. A $11 shipping fee applies to orders under $115. All shipping fees cover packaging and transportation costs managed by our store.
4. Delivery Inspection
Please inspect packaging and product condition upon receipt. Contact customer service immediately if any damage, defects or missing parts are found.
5. 14-Day No-Reason Returns
You may return and refund your order within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason. All returns must meet standard return conditions. See our Return Policy for full details.
6. Return Requirements
Returned items must be brand new and unused with no damage. All original packaging, accessories and manuals must be fully included.
7. Return Shipping
All return shipping costs are covered by Mofishomedecordesign. You may use our prepaid shipping labels or designated carriers for return shipment.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method. All refunds will be completed within 2 business days after we receive and inspect your returned items.
9. 14-Day Exchange Policy
Item exchanges are available within 14 days of receipt. Exchanged products must be brand new, unused and free of damage or contamination. Refer to our Exchange Policy for full rules.
